We collect information from you when you register on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name and/or email address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use this information for?
Any information we collect from you may be used to send periodic email updates when new recipes are posted on the site. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How do we protect your information?
We do not sell trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or providing services to you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies or to protect ours or others rights, property or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing or other uses.
Like many other website we have access to log files. The information inside the log files includes IP addresses, type of browser, ISP, date/time stamp, referring/exit pages and number of clicks to gather demographic information. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
The Cautious Vegetarian includes interactive forms such as comments. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information.
