Since I just wrote a blog about buttermilk I thought it would be a good idea if I made a recipe that included it. So I came up with the easy to make kale and cabbage slaw.
It goes great with any sandwich you want to pair it up with or as a topping on a veggie burger. And, since kale and cabbage are pretty rugged greens, this slaw will last in your fridge for a day or so. The addition of the pistachios gives it a nice crunch.
