I’m actually not a big fan of cranberry sauce…but I do happen to like this one made with orange juice and rind. Serve it with this glamorous and company worthy holiday mushroom, stuffing and potato strata.
This cranberry sauce is also a perfect topping for brie cheese. I place a small wheel of brie into a small round baking dish, top it off with 120 ml of the sauce and bake at 175 C (350 F) for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve it with lightly toasted slices of baguette.
