This satisfying and tasty vegan dish is quick to put together and made with fairly basic ingredients. That doesn’t mean it’s boring though…far from it. It’s delicious and special enough to make when company’s heading over.
If you’re not vegan you could add a sprinkle of cheese but I think it’s absolutely scrumptious without it. Make sure that your walnut pieces are toasted, it makes a big difference to the taste of the dish.
